We’re launching some new tools to streamline the work our Chamber and its Committees do. There’s a new Committees Overview page, and each Committee has its own Detail page.
The Committee Detail pages have all the tools you need to tackle the Committee’s tasks. While the specific content for each Committee is necessarily different, the tools and templates remain broadly similar. Publicly-available content covers each Committee’s members, mission, meeting schedule, and core tasks.
Log in to find the custom Committee Toolz for each Committee:
- The Roster is your customized data source.
- Templates include emails, dynamic schedules and inline spreadsheets.
- Use the Task Management Console to manage and assign tasks.
- Files can be posted under Shared Files.
- Comms is your Committee Communications hub; request a Zoom link or use our Chatroom.
Live Training sessions will be available from February, along with recorded trainings. We welcome your input–our goal is to provide you tools to make your Committee work easier.
